Henrik has a solid background in corporate finance and M&A. He has extensive knowledge in financial analysis, project management and negotiation, with experience from both buy and sell sides in M&A transactions, capital raising and licensing deals. Henrik’s work has focused on strategic advisory to management teams and boards in small and medium-sized companies.
Most recently, Henrik worked as a financial corporate finance and M&A advisor at EY for five years, where he focused on transactions within life science and healthcare. His experience covers several areas within the sector, including medical technology, diagnostics, pharma/biotech, digital health and healthcare providers.
Henrik holds a master’s degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.
As Investment Manager at Sciety, Henrik has daily contact with life science companies and works closely with them to understand their operations, development plans and capital needs.
