Malin Bergenstål

Malin Bergenstål is a seasoned project manager and financial manager with extensive experience in the private healthcare industry, having held financial management positions at Praktikertjänst and Aleris. Her background in finance encompasses not only general financial responsibility, but also areas such as public procurement, project management, M&A, due diligence processes, and system implementation. Malin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University.

In her position as the Chief Financial Officer of the Endoscopy & Gastro business unit at Aleris, Malin was key in the acquisition of the Proliva subsidiary from Praktikertjänst AB and collaborated closely with the CEO throughout the entire process. After the acquisition, Malin led the reorganization and successfully managed the business transition project, which involved the consolidation of three endoscopy units.
