Erik brings extensive experience in leading complex transactions and shaping value-creation strategies for owners, boards of directors, and executive management teams across both listed and private companies.
He was most recently at Vator Securities, where he acted as Partner and Head of Execution, Corporate Finance, leading capital raisings, IPOs, and M&A transactions for growth companies.
Prior to this, Erik spent 17 years at Industrivärden, where he held the roles of Senior Investment Manager and Head of Equity Research. He worked closely with boards, CEOs, and principal owners of some of the largest companies in the Nordic region. He also has experience as a strategy consultant at Monitor Group USA.
Erik holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, and has also pursued MBA studies at University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
