Thomas Eldered has over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing, business development and investments in life science. He began his career at Pharmacia, where he held several senior management positions.
Thomas is co-founder of the pharmaceutical company Recipharm, which under his leadership grew into one of the world’s leading contract pharmaceutical manufacturers. As CEO, he played a central role in the company’s international expansion and its IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Thomas also founded the investment company Flerie, which invests in and supports innovative life science companies. He serves as Executive Chairman of Flerie and has extensive board experience in both Swedish and international life science companies.
With his background as an entrepreneur, business leader and investor, Thomas has extensive experience in building and developing life science companies, from early-stage development through to international expansion. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University.
