Anna Sundin has 25 years of experience in the financial sector, with extensive experience in capital raisings, initial public offerings, M&A and debt financing.
Anna joins Sciety from BearingPoint, where she was responsible for M&A in the Nordics and worked with strategic advisory and transactions for companies at different stages of growth. She has previously held roles at ABG Sundal Collier, Swedbank, Bryan Garnier & Co and Kaupthing Bank, among others.
Her experience across different areas of the financial sector has given her a strong understanding of how to identify and develop integrated solutions based on companies’ strategic and financial needs. She has also worked with a large number of companies and transactions within healthcare and life science.
Anna holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
