Fredrik Niléhn has extensive experience in corporate finance, with a focus on capital raising and M&A for Nordic growth companies, in both listed and private environments. He has worked closely with investors, shareholders, management teams, and boards, with experience in investor relations and transaction execution. His work has also included supporting companies in strategic initiatives throughout the entire transaction process.
Fredrik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance from Texas Tech University.
As a Senior Associate within Corporate Finance at Sciety, Fredrik is involved in the execution of share issues, with a focus on project management and coordination of relevant stakeholders.
In addition to his professional experience, Fredrik has a background as an elite athlete and has represented the Swedish national golf team.
